Welcome to Z-Score, a mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the "Service") operated by Z-Score, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
- Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- Description of Service Z-Score provides a platform for users to assess their risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) through personalized questionnaires and receive educational resources and recommendations based on their results. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- User Accounts 3.1 Registration To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. 3.2 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 3.3 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
- User Responsibilities 4.1 Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service, including when completing STI risk assessments. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate risk assessments and recommendations. 4.2 Lawful Use You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Service to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful material. 4.3 Prohibited Activities You shall not engage in any of the following activities: a. Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service; b. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks; c. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; d. Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
- Intellectual Property 5.1 Ownership The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 5.2 License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
- Third-Party Services The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of such third parties.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. - Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and the arbitration shall take place in Fulton County, Georgia.
- Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
- Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.
- Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the modified Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
